Introduction

Student learning in nature and about nature are key aspects of the Kearney Outdoor Learning Area (KOLA). Featured here are examples of ecosystem monitoring activities and student projects at KOLA. Our vision is that these activities will expand and include participants of a wide range of ages and interests. We look forward to seeing creative ways that others will engage with and experience this area. ​
